    These
are great. I’ve been working my through all the interviews listening on my
phone. The video will change my consumption a bit. But, yes, it does make it
    easier to understand.

    Microsoft
has lots of video (and maybe audio) out but I prefer to get my info from
external sources. MS employees have a certain way of speaking (and writing)
that smooths over and around some issues. That makes me nervous that I’m not going
to find out about restriction or missing feature ’til it’s too late.

    (The
podcasts would be easier to consume if the file names and file meta naming
schema were more standardized, and I’d pull them I through Zune if you were in
    there.)

    Hi Rob,

Thanks for the feedback. The interviews will still be available as an audio podcast in iTunes. There will be no change there. It will just have the added benefit of video.

There is a great article by a friend of mine, Brett Hill where he raises the issues associated with the P1 plan. You can read it at http://www.office365answers.com/AllArticles/ID/2344/Office-365s-P1-Plan-What-you-must-know.aspx

I will ask him to do another interview on these issues.

    Exactly!
I’ve spent hours on figuring out the DNS set-ups on the different plans. Brett
Hill cuts through the marketing-speak! Every chance I get to speak to MS
employees, I try to tell them to simplify, simplify, simplify. A business with 2
employees and a couple consultants shouldn’t have to bring in a licensing
expert (like the guy you interviewed) to feel confident they are getting the
    right deal. Thanks much.

Great stuff Marlon! I am looking forward to implementing all of this’ STUFF’ that I hear you talking about over the next few months. I understand the sales process very well, my challenge is how to implement this technology into the process and increase both productivity and profit. You are a great mentor in technology and I am determined to grasp these fantastic tools and I hope for mutual benefit.Paull

I love the idea but with google phones and android systems I find it hard to connect to a sales meeting on lync every week.
