The Office 365 Community will become the central location for businesses to get technical help when setting up and using Office 365. Microsoft has been running this community while in Beta and today I am speaking to Jim Glynn whose team is responsible for the community.
His role is to provide valuable content for the Office 365 community and drive community engagement across the Office 365 services, the support organization, and within the community itself.

How the tables have turned. All of a sudden small to medium business (SMB’s) are able to afford the same technology systems used by big business. This puts SMB’s and big business on the same playing field, which makes competition a little more interesting. I have already discussed in
