There are occasions when your response is required quickly but you are not available. A voicemail is left by an associated but you don’t receive the message until it is too late. Office 365 provides a business the facility to easily integrate their phone system with Exchange Online, so voicemail can be delivered to a user’s inbox as an email. This makes sense because so many information workers spend many hours a day in their inbox found in Microsoft Outlook.
Email is a crucial tool of communication in many businesses today. Microsoft Exchange is Microsoft’s email solution for business. It is currently the most significant email solution for business and also the most feature rich. Because so many business users are using Microsoft Exchange, it has become the defacto email platform which all other platforms are compared.
The consequence of a powerful feature set is Exchange is very complicated to install and maintain. Unfortunately for many small to medium businesses (SMB’s) the associated cost can be become crippling.

I started Talking Office 365 because I believe Office 365 is a significant release for businesses globally. I believe Office 365 will give small to medium businesses (SMB’s) the same tools large businesses have benefited from for years, but at a fraction of the cost and effort. Even though Office 365 is a game changer for SMB’s, it will also give enterprise users so much more, for less than they had to invest in the past.
